As a seasoned business leader, you will be instrumental in expanding our local presence through strategic team expansion, driving sales and customer experience, and establishing the Australian subsidiary. We are a world leader in optical sorting technologies with significant growth in the region over the past 4 years.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead commercial and technical teams with a focus on sales, operations, and projects.
  • Set priorities and targets according to objectives, resources, and processes.
  • Develop team skills and knowledge through training and mentorship.
  • Communicate and promote company values across the organization.
  • Collaborate with headquarters in France to drive regional strategy.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling large capital equipment.
  • Sales and operational management expertise.
  • A strong technical background with confidence in providing guidance to customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales territories and key accounts.

Education and language requirements include a Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, and fluency in English.
