About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Language Services Pty. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software and web-based CRM systems.
