We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Property Team in Brisbane.
The Client:
Our organization is a large and well-established not-for-profit entity, dedicated to improving lives and communities across South-East Queensland.
The Role:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team, contributing to the effective management of property assets. Your responsibilities will include maintaining property records, managing lease registers, processing invoices, and liaising with external stakeholders on matters such as land tax and Council rates.
- General administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Property administration, such as managing the property asset register and lease renewals.
- Assisting with project administration by coordinating meetings, reconciling accounts, and maintaining project lists.
- Supporting governance processes by preparing reports and submissions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in property administration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing databases and document control.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
