Job Summary

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Hudson Australia.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Founder, including managing their calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. They will also serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and stakeholders, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Founder's calendar and appointments, including travel bookings and arrangements
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Founder, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Organize staff travel and manage office access cards
  • Monitor timesheets and forecasts for General Managers
  • Assist in coordinating Queensland team events and supporting internal activities
  • Maintain company documentation and templates
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administration/EA/PA person
  • Experience in a tech environment, with a strong ability to manage diverse personalities and tasks
  • Ability to bring creative flair and energy to events and internal celebrations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
