About the Role

MUFG Bank, Ltd., Singapore Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Distribution Vice President. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the success of our Global Corporate & Investment Banking division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop distribution strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and manage loan distribution portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal partners.
  • Design and implement monitoring processes to track distribution book performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a robust MIS tool to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead communication efforts to ensure effective execution of portfolio strategies across regions and product lines.
  • Work closely with senior management to contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on financial products, deal structure, origination, and distribution.
  • 5 years of experience in managing regional projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Completed relevant bachelor's degree or above.
