Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President of Agricultural Lending and Insurance to lead our team of sales leaders in developing new business and strengthening relationships with current clients. This is a hybrid role that offers a balance of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow new business and expand relationships with current clients
  • Lead a team of sales leaders to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to develop cross-selling strategies and promote all applicable products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with credit administration quality policies and procedures, regulations, and requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, agribusiness, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership and management experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry and Farm Credit
  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Expert knowledge of collateral evaluation methods, sales and sales management techniques, and the agricultural industry
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business
