At the heart of our organisation is a commitment to excellence in contract management. This exciting opportunity presents itself as we seek an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role leading end-to-end procurement and contract management for ICT and contact centre services.

This critical position will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, drafting, negotiating and finalising contractual documents, providing commercial advice to stakeholders and establishing strong relationships with suppliers. Furthermore, this individual will monitor supplier performance against service level agreements and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

We require an individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end contract management within ICT categories, proficient in drafting and negotiating various contractual documents and demonstrated expertise in managing contract management systems and adhering to procurement frameworks and governance policies.

To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
