Key Responsibilities:

  • Subcontractor Management: Procure and administer subcontractors, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  • Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve commercial success.
Requirements:
  • Degree Qualification: Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working within collaborative delivery models (e.g., alliances, D&C).
