We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial building projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or equivalent and extensive experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW. They will also possess excellent administration and documentation skills, as well as the ability to assess variations and claims.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Contract Manager include:

  • Owning and managing subcontracts
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts
  • Auditing financial reports
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, the Senior Contract Manager will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
