Senior Contract Administrator Role

This role involves managing key contracts and subcontractor administration on a large-scale residential project in North Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with the delivery team to ensure all phases of contract administration are completed efficiently.

  • Administer head contracts and manage subcontractor relationships
  • Prepare and review scopes of work, tender evaluations, and contract documents
  • Process progress claims, variations, and EOTs in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking and cost forecasting using Jobpac software
  • Support project reporting and compliance requirements as necessary
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction is required
  • You must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
  • Proficiency in Jobpac (essential) is necessary for this role
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills are highly valued
