**About Us**We're a leading construction company delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects across Sydney.The Opportunity:We're seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage head contracts, subcontracts, procurement and financial controls ensuring project delivery in line with cost, time and compliance targets.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts
  • Oversee procurement activities including tender reviews, scope preparation and contractor engagement

**Requirements:**
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field

  • Strong knowledge of Sydney's subcontractor market and commercial landscape
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
