Senior Contracts Administrator Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for administering and documenting subcontracts, assessing variations and claims, and providing financial control reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and documentation

  • Profit budget forecasting

  • Regular client interfacing

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in construction management or equivalent and extensive experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
