Job Summary

As a Senior Consultant in Contract Management, you will provide strategic commercial and contractual expertise to clients who specialize in diverse construction projects across transport infrastructure, asset maintenance, and buildings.

This is a high-level position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results-driven solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of providing exceptional contract management services.

  • Lead front-end contract administration for the procurement of major projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive RFQ packages, including scope of works, pricing schedules, and relevant contract documentation.
  • Manage pre-award activities, including responding to tender queries and clarifying contract documentation.
  • Oversee the full procurement life cycle from RFQ through to contract award and delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, and compliance throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' industry experience, involving construction or infrastructure project delivery and contract management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience mentoring or managing commercial teams.
  • Current Driver's License and White Card.
