Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end contract administration for subcontractors on projects, including cost and head contract management;
  • Establish effective risk management plans in line with head contract terms and opportunities;
  • Prepare comprehensive subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Process claims and variations in a timely manner;
  • Demonstrate expertise in construction practices, sequencing of methodologies, and value engineering principles to achieve building-related goals (materials and services);

We're seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A senior construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on large building projects;
  • Strong leadership and contract administration skills with demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built-form projects;
  • Relevant industry qualifications or degree; Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes, and Regulations;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • The ability to work independently and drive outcomes and decisions.
