Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in the preschool room.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning programs for young children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as experience in designing and implementing effective educational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • To design and implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • To provide guidance and support to other educators on best practices in early childhood education.
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes social justice.

Requirements:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is essential for this role. A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is also required.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
