Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business success by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals. You will partner with state and regional managers to execute operational and strategic knowledge, focusing on employee engagement, performance reviews, and the employee life-cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate a best practice experience for the Employee Life-cycle journey.
- Coach and mentor managers to instill strong leadership skills.
- Provide high-level advice on employee relations, employee performance, and employment contracts.
- Develop and revise policies to ensure compliance and anticipate future needs.
- Drive a highly supportive and collaborative culture within the business.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is highly regarded.
- Experience working in a role that oversaw multiple sites is essential.
- Strong demonstrated leadership and training skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships are necessary.
- Experience in using modern HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms is desirable.
