Global Rewards Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Manager to join a renowned professional services firm, HR Partners by Randstad.

This multinational organization has a reputation for excellence, quality, and strong values, with a successful track record of growth and development.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Reward based in Europe and will work closely with the broader Reward team, as well as specialists in Asia and EMEA.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Participating in HR Policy and Benefits projects, supporting capability building within HR, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Collaborating with business and HR leaders to deliver local business objectives and global reward strategies at a country level.
  3. Leading remuneration specialist in country, working with the global rewards team to analyze benchmarking data and develop recommendations for annual pay review cycles and reactive remuneration interventions.
  4. Initiating, managing, and implementing HR policy reviews to maintain relevance and support the business agenda.
  5. Partnering with other HR leaders to troubleshoot complex scenarios, applying a risk-based approach and strong judgment to reach the best outcome for the business.
  6. Championing effective policy and benefits delivery through the HR Operating Model, building strong relationships with key HR stakeholders.
  7. Leading assurance and governance of HR policies, remuneration, and benefits, providing guidance on policy application and administration.
  8. Staying informed on legislative changes and market trends, managing potential implications for HR policies.
  9. Managing third-party contracts and liaising with C&P and legal on policy matters.
  10. Supporting external representation within industry and functional networks.
