Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst to provide top-notch technical assistance to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring seamless system operations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement software solutions.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be working closely with various departments to identify and resolve technical issues, install and maintain software applications, and provide exceptional customer support.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, contributing to the IT Service Desk knowledge base, and engaging with relevant third-party stakeholders to support our systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT service desk support
  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure fundamentals, and Microsoft Office software products
