This senior leadership position is accountable for managing multiple specialist teams in order to deliver high quality outputs using documented processes and controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional leadership to teams.
  • Driving strategic goals execution.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing all regulatory reporting.

We are looking for a supportive and driven leader who can foster and grow relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Superannuation or funds management experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Adaptability to new systems and procedures.
  • A mathematical mindset with problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and undertake trend analysis.

We believe in a balance of working from home and time in office to collaborate and build relationships. We ask you to commit to 60% of your time in office.
