About Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to create high-quality limited-scope Statements of Advice (SOAs) that empower our members to achieve better retirement outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will analyze advice and strategies to ensure they meet our Best Interest Duty standards.

  • Create SOAs that cater to the unique needs of our members and their partners.
  • Analyze and review advice documents from other team members to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards by prioritizing tasks effectively and working collaboratively with the team.
  • Build strong relationships with Retirement Advisers and the advice team to facilitate smooth operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • RG146 compliance and relevant financial planning qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in paraplanning, especially with Superannuation and retirement strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software, particularly Midwinter, is preferred.
  • A solid technical knowledge of financial planning and Superannuation, as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements for financial advice.
  • Experience with Defined Benefit Schemes would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask effectively.
  • A strong customer service ethic and positive attitude, resilience, reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
