The key objective of this position is to develop and maintain sophisticated models that assess retirement outcomes for members. This involves building on existing retirement modelling capabilities to better understand members' retirement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop advanced models to forecast and analyze retirement income strategies.
- Utilize data analysis and research to drive innovation in retirement solutions.
- Transform complex modelling outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve retirement modelling frameworks, methodologies, and underlying data.
This role will lead the development of new metrics and expansion of the Retirement Dashboard with leading indicators to aid management decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in finance, statistics, actuarial science, or business-related disciplines.
- 10+ years of experience in advanced financial, statistical, actuarial, or equivalent quantitative analyses.
- Deep knowledge and experience in retirement research.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and modelling superannuation systems and financial outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
