We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Concierge Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all inbound calls and lead referrals from new and existing customers, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Work closely with the SMB Sales Consultants and Retention Managers to achieve monthly personal KPI and call targets, driving sales and retention success.
- Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rate of inbound leads through adherence to ANZ Worldline triaging frameworks.
- Actively engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation and increase new business and retention success rates.
- Ensure proper execution of the referral process between ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia, as well as other partnerships formed within ANZ Worldline.
- Adhere to ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions policies, processes, and external regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Deliver on agreed outcomes for Quality Assurance, Conversion, and Call monitoring.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage excellence.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service orientated
- Contact Centre experience
- Proficient in customer leads management (CRM)
- Adherence to internal processes and targets
- Ability to achieve results through sales and customer service
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholder influences
- Ability to lead through management by example
