About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Concierge Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound calls and lead referrals from new and existing customers, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the SMB Sales Consultants and Retention Managers to achieve monthly personal KPI and call targets, driving sales and retention success.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rate of inbound leads through adherence to ANZ Worldline triaging frameworks.
  • Actively engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation and increase new business and retention success rates.
  • Ensure proper execution of the referral process between ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia, as well as other partnerships formed within ANZ Worldline.
  • Adhere to ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions policies, processes, and external regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Deliver on agreed outcomes for Quality Assurance, Conversion, and Call monitoring.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage excellence.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
