As a vital part of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator/Receptionist to provide exceptional support and maintain the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Provide first-rate customer service as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive and distribute site deliveries, including couriers and outgoing freight, while ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a range of tasks such as filing, purchasing office supplies, maintaining printer requirements, and keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Monitor and replenish kitchen and amenities supplies, keep the kitchen area clean, and ensure the warehouse is well-organized and cleaned daily.
  • Financial Transactions: Enter expenses for managers through Concur (monthly) and book travel, accommodation, and car hire on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Purchase Orders and Invoicing: Raise Purchase Orders via SAP software and receive items, while monitoring invoices payable enquiries and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Building Maintenance: Maintain building management maintenance registers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Office Services: Act as a liaison for office/building suppliers, monitor office security systems, update registers, and maintain telephone registers.
  • Event Planning: Organize and plan various office functions, order catering when required.
