We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with administrative duties in ERP systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate boardroom bookings and hospitality services
  • Oversee the supply of office and kitchen essentials
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required by Corporate Services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working in an office environment (preferably industrial or engineering)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computing and literacy skills
  • Covid vaccination is mandatory
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and ask questions when needed
  • Good attention to detail and multitasking abilities
