
Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with administrative duties in ERP systems and spreadsheets
- Coordinate boardroom bookings and hospitality services
- Oversee the supply of office and kitchen essentials
- Carry out other administrative tasks as required by Corporate Services
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in an office environment (preferably industrial or engineering)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computing and literacy skills
- Covid vaccination is mandatory
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and ask questions when needed
- Good attention to detail and multitasking abilities
This role involves managing various aspects of our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. If you are highly organized and have excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
