Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to manage daily office operations and front-of-house duties.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient management of multiple tasks, reports, correspondence, and meeting preparation in support of the management team.

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vehicle logistics ensuring insurance and car movement processes are up-to-date.

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and assist with software integration to improve overall operational efficiency.

  • Handle communications (emails, calls) and assist with event and travel arrangements to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping to maintain financial accuracy.

  • Assist with accounts payable tasks (PO processing, payment batching) as needed to streamline financial processes.

Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally someone with a background in finance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
