Role Overview:

Team Leader Role

This position is designed to provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of staff across multiple sites and locations.

The role requires a strong understanding of case management principles, particularly in the context of supporting older people and carers living with dementia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service outcomes and meet performance targets.
  • Collaborating with other Team Leaders to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Managing customer complaints and issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Allied Health or health-related degree.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
