Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a team of Guest Service Agents, and driving daily operations of the Front Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Create memorable guest experiences by providing warm welcomes, handling transactions, and anticipating every detail of a seamless experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Front Office team, manage guest experiences, and drive hotel operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Guest Loyalty: Champion guest loyalty by acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, and encouraging the same behaviors throughout the Front Office team.
  • Operations: Manage and receive payments for guest bookings, maintain procedures for security of monies, transactions, and guest security, and ensure a swift and seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues, queries, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a Front Office position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Experience with Property Management System, Opera.
  • Fluency in the local language.
