Administration and Reception Coordinator

Our client, part of a successful multi-franchise dealership group, seeks a highly organized and skilled Administration and Reception Coordinator to join their team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide an outstanding first impression and be responsible for processing sales deals, registering vehicles, and reconciling accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Processing sales deals in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Registering vehicles and liaising with the Department of Transport
  3. Reconciling accounts and managing administrative duties
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and greeting customers in a professional manner
