Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll partner with business leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development within designated business units.
  • Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on leadership, workforce planning, and talent & succession planning.
  • Collaborate on business transformation initiatives, including change management and cultural development programs.
  • Lead People & Culture projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and organisational development.
  • Drive key People projects, including policy reviews, process improvements, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Utilise People data and analytics to influence decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.
  • Oversee compliance with employment legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are followed across the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
