Job Overview

As a Pricing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving profitability by developing and executing pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to optimise pricing models and reduce leakage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives and establish governance frameworks.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer segments to inform pricing decisions.
  • Identify and address pricing leakages and margin opportunities.
  • Deliver pricing education and tools to empower stakeholders.
  • Utilise systems and analytics to drive transparency and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Commerce, Economics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong financial literacy and P&L analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; SAP and Business Warehouse experience an asset.
  • Passion for pricing, process improvement, and commercial impact.
  • Experience in a retail environment beneficial.
