Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Asset Repair Coordinator to support our asset repair, maintenance, and upgrade services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to receive, record, and communicate on their property and maintenance requests & issues
  • Work with Maintenance Officers and contractors to task and coordinate the completion of works ensuring safe, effective, and efficient service delivery
  • Triage and action issues and works, raising, monitoring, updating, and closing out call logs, work orders, invoices, and other relevant information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level of customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical and procedural documentation
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Understanding of the industry

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
