Job Title:

Fleet and Asset Coordinator

This is a key role within the organization that requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the asset registers, providing accurate and timely administrative support, and coordinating compliance training and dissemination of updated policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer the asset register to ensure timely replacement, delivery, maintenance, repairs, and disposals.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining relevant information systems.
  • Coordinate compliance training and dissemination of updated policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintenance scheduling for critical building equipment.
  • Compile data to support capacity forecasting for existing buildings.
  • Coordinate insurance claims relating to fleet vehicles, trailers, registrable plant, and watercraft.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in property, logistics, or administration.
  • Demonstrated experience working in property, fleet, plant, and logistics administration.
  • Skillful relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in fleet, logistics, and security.
