
Asset Coordinator

As the Asset Coordinator at the Kypreos Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective management and coordination of the company's mobile plant assets and transport fleet. This full-time position is based in Prestons, NSW 2170, and will involve ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the organisation's key resources.
What you'll be doing- Coordinating the scheduling and planning of asset maintenance and inspections
- Monitoring asset utilisation and performance to identify optimisation opportunities
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate timely asset procurement, deployment and repairs
- Maintaining detailed asset registers and records to support informed decision-making
- Implementing and enforcing asset management policies and procedures
- Generating reports and analysis to provide visibility on asset status and usage
- Supporting the continuous improvement of asset management practices
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, logistics, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an asset coordination or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in using asset management software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
