About the role

As the Asset Coordinator at the Kypreos Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective management and coordination of the company's mobile plant assets and transport fleet. This full-time position is based in Prestons, NSW 2170, and will involve ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the organisation's key resources.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating the scheduling and planning of asset maintenance and inspections
  • Monitoring asset utilisation and performance to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate timely asset procurement, deployment and repairs
  • Maintaining detailed asset registers and records to support informed decision-making
  • Implementing and enforcing asset management policies and procedures
  • Generating reports and analysis to provide visibility on asset status and usage
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of asset management practices
What we're looking for
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, logistics, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an asset coordination or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in using asset management software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
