Job Title: Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate fixed assets register and records.
  • Provide regular reporting to Finance.

Capital Equipment Management:

  • Coordinate agreements for capital equipment in the field.
  • Generate new agreement documents and issue for sign-off.
  • Track agreements and maintain records.

Equipment Repairs/Replacements & Logistics Support:

  • Execute Capital Equipment Service Request Form.
  • Liaise with repairers and service providers.
  • Coordinate entire repair process.

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry and administration skills.
  • Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry experience beneficial.
  • Strong Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
