Lead Enterprise Application Upgrade Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee complex application upgrades, driving strategic alignment and stakeholder buy-in. They will engage with internal business teams to define project requirements and coordinate across technical teams for integration and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for go-live support
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience as a project manager in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery. They must possess strong vendor engagement skills and experience with Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development.
