We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our sales team.
This role involves maintaining and growing productive relationships with mid-market organisations, supporting clients' communication strategies, and contributing to the company's positive image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client success by leveraging product knowledge and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proactively manage account renewals and work closely with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management within a SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
