Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned client-focused professional to manage and grow our existing portfolio of general insurance clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in general insurance for national and international businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an established book of business, working closely with experienced brokers to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth, identifying and capitalizing on key sales prospects.
  • Develop tailored sales plans to meet individual client needs, ensuring timely delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough client needs analyses, preparing comprehensive insurance submissions to achieve optimal results.
  • Negotiate renewals, endorsements, and new business terms with insurers, maintaining strong relationships and securing favorable outcomes.
  • Provide expert claims management and support, ensuring seamless resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 qualified with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products, including transport or heavy vehicle insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a keen ability to build lasting relationships.
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity, with a customer-centric approach to delivering outstanding results.
