Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Melbourne is a thriving city with a growing real estate market.

This is an excellent career opportunity for an articulate and highly skilled customer service representative within a company that values building solid customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and placing telephone calls, providing accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion, maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism, resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues, adhering to security policies, and maintaining confidentiality of records and client information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers, advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and be an active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs.

This is a long-term permanent opportunity which starts immediately.

  • Receiving and placing telephone calls

Requirements
