Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Operations Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the customer service and operations team at our gymnastics facility, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer service and operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, legislative requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to drive business growth, retention, and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • National Police Check and Working with Children check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in coaching, first aid, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience working in a leisure or service-related industry.
