CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, offers an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in Eagle Farm QLD. This challenging role is responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all interactions.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service within freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven people management skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and professional interactions with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, with the capability to manage complex shipments, prioritise effectively, and perform well under time-sensitive conditions

The successful candidate will also be proficient in freight forwarding and customer management software, preferably CargoWise, and possess strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
