About the Role

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and maintain high standards of service delivery.

  • Ensure accurate customer information, manage account credit statuses, and provide timely updates on delivery schedules and shipment queries.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operational staff to meet client requirements, resolving service-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with organisational standards.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Promote CEVA Logistics' range of services, including import, export, and value-added offerings, to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong people management skills, with experience in coaching and leading teams in fast-paced logistics environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex shipments, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proficiency in freight forwarding and customer management software, with CargoWise experience highly preferred, alongside strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
