Key Responsibilities

As an Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, families, and community partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing client engagement strategies to drive participation and satisfaction
  • Representing the organization at forums, expos, and sector events to foster partnerships and promote services
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver inclusive campaigns that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Using data and feedback to inform service design and enhance the client experience
  • Fostering strong internal and external relationships to support the organization's goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations
  • A strong understanding of NDIS and SIL principles
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity skills
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice
