Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Specialist to contribute to delivering high-quality services to the community.

  • The primary purpose of this role is to draft and execute legally compliant estate planning documents, coordinate logistics for outreach events, and deliver services that align with excellence principles.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, drafting simple planning documents, and contributing to team performance within the estate planning network.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely and quality service delivery through pre-appointment activities.
  2. Assist with local engagement events to boost brand awareness and maintain contemporary service delivery through face-to-face interactions.
  3. Draft and execute legally compliant estate planning documents and coordinate logistics for outreach events.

Estate planners in this role will work closely with customers to identify their needs and develop personalized plans. They will also participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
