Physiotherapist and Case Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Physio to empower recovery by delivering interventions and case management for adults with traumatic brain injury.

About The Position

You will work within a specialised transdisciplinary team, providing assessments, therapy programs, group exercise, and community reintegration activities in various settings including clinic, outreach, community residential care, and telehealth.

The role offers variety, from clinic-based care to trips with clients to parks, gyms, or the beach. You will have opportunities for strong networking, education, and case management training, as well as regular support from our Service Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and fellow Physiotherapists.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and eligibility for membership of Australian Physiotherapy Association
  • Current eligibility to drive in NSW and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes which may involve driving long distances
