  • Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Own your space – be trained in all areas and bring your A game whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function
About You

We're looking for unique individuals who share our passion for fun and customer service. You'll have:

  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity, and bucketloads of it
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
