We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Leadership and Customer Experience Manager.

About the Role:- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that drives sales growth and delivers outstanding customer service.
- Leverage leadership skills to drive sales growth, meet business objectives, and develop high-performing team members.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and customers to provide coaching and development opportunities for store staff.
- Create a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports ongoing learning and development.
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members who share our values and mission.
- Engage in career discussions to support team member growth and advancement.
- Support team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience by assessing and fulfilling guest needs.
- Provide technical product education and omnichannel programs to enhance the guest experience.
- Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement the Store Manager's vision for the store and drive sales growth through effective leadership and planning.
- Manage store budgets, labor hours, expenses, and profit and loss statements to ensure financial sustainability.
- Provide salesfloor leadership and planning to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
