  • Provide top-notch customer service experiences in a fast-paced inbound/outbound contact centre setting.
  • Become a trusted resource for comprehensive information on government programs and processes by leveraging your in-depth knowledge base.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach in every interaction.
  • Master complex inquiries using your sharp problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge.
  • Capture customer details accurately and log interactions in our intuitive CRM system.

You will have the opportunity to build rapport with customers, address their queries effectively, and develop further through our comprehensive training programs. If you are a quick learner with great communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

We provide all the necessary training to succeed and offer flexible working hours. You can choose between two time slots: 9.45am-2.30pm or 12.30pm-5.15pm, Monday to Friday. We accommodate adjustments for accessibility needs throughout our recruitment process.
