Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Indonesian-speaking professional to coordinate customer communication and content, enhancing the customer experience and driving campaign delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Indonesian-based communication and content to boost customer retention and growth. They will also develop optimal plans for campaign success and collaborate with creative teams to prepare visual assets.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, fluency in Indonesian and English, and experience working with retention marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our marketing efforts effectively resonate with the local audience and contribute significantly to our market success.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer communication and content.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify offers and promotions.
- Enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
