Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers via various channels including web, chat, email, and direct telephone support.

Key Responsibilities
• Resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or to answer technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.
• Employ various diagnostic tools to isolate the potential cause of the issue and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require additional assistance.
• Provide input across business units regarding process and product improvements due to your unique perspective when working on technical issues for customers.
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
• 0-2+ years customer-facing technical support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Java/JavaScript code.
