Description:We're seeking an IT professional to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist. As a key member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance to end-users.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and requests in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with end-users and internal teams.
- Manage and support endpoint devices, including deployment, configuration, and management of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and network access, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and decommissioning user accounts, devices, and permissions using identity and access management tools.
- Support connectivity and remote access, including VPN clients, wireless technologies, and basic networking troubleshooting.
- 90%+ utilisation of scheduled working hours on productive support activities.
- Consistent communication and collaboration with end-users and support requestors throughout the entire incident/request lifecycle.
- Ability to structure, prioritise, and communicate workload, proactively flagging blockers or changes in deliverables.
